House424 is a marketing agency based in Ohio. We run Meta advertising, build websites, and manage social media for local businesses. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect, why we have it, and how to get rid of it.
The short version. We collect the information you hand us and the advertising data our clients authorize us to see. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the tools we need to do the work. Email cody@house424.com and we will delete your information.
Information you give us directly
If you fill out the form on this website, we collect your business name and email address. That is it. We use it to prepare the free report you asked for and to follow up with you about it. There is no newsletter you are quietly signed up for.
If you contact us by email or phone, we keep what you send us so we can respond and keep track of our conversation.
Information from our clients' advertising accounts
When a business hires us, they grant House424 access to their own Meta Business assets: their ad account, their Facebook Page, and their Instagram account. We use Meta's Marketing API through our application, House424 Aether, to do the work they hired us for.
What that access is used for:
- Reading advertising performance data (spend, reach, clicks, leads) to build the reports we give our clients
- Creating, editing, pausing, and budgeting advertising campaigns on their behalf
- Publishing advertising creative to their Page and Instagram account
This access belongs to the client, not to us. It is granted through Meta Business Settings, it is used only for that client's own advertising, and the client can revoke it at any time without asking us. We do not use one client's data for another client, and we do not use it to build any audience, list, or product of our own.
Information collected automatically
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We never have and we are not going to. We share it only with the services we need to actually operate:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
- Resend, which delivers the email alert when you submit the form
- Meta, for the advertising work described above
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with, which has never happened
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and client advertising records for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.
How to get your information deleted
Email cody@house424.com with the subject line "Delete my information" and tell us which business or email address to remove. We will delete it and confirm to you that it is done.
If you are a client and you want to cut off our access to your Meta assets, you do not need our permission or our cooperation. Go to your own Meta Business Settings, find House424 under your partners, and remove us. It takes effect immediately.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We are not going to bury a change in a wall of text.
